What is Assisted Homeschool?

Assisted Homeschool (c) takes the idea that you, the parent, are the first and best teacher for your child(ren) and places it in the context of community. How does the assisted homeschool program work?

Assisted homeschooling at Sweet Potato Academy is all about collaboration and support. We partner with parents to enhance their homeschooling experience by providing drop-off tutoring, educational resources, homeschool parent coaching, and a community of like-minded families. This approach allows parents to maintain control over their child’s education while benefiting from the expertise and shared experiences of others. It’s about working together to create the best possible learning environment for your child. Think of us as your homeschool bestie. We plan the weekly work with your goals and your child’s unique personality and learning style in mind. We execute up to three days of the plan on your behalf during our program days and provide the plan and guidance for you to execute the additional days at home. Our program is based on a 4 day week so you will always have time for field trips, extracurriculars and family time. Learn more about how we assist in homeschooling on the Assisted Homeschooling page.
